Our Team

Clyde Hanson, DO

Dr. Clyde Hanson graduated from Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed internship in Southern Texas, following which he was invited to remain on staff and began working in the emergency medicine department. Besides the ED, Dr. Hanson also worked in a family practice clinic, as well as an orthopedic clinic in Southern Texas. Following further trauma training at Denver General, Clyde moved to Western Montana, where he worked for 7 years in Butte, MT. Dr. Hanson and Sherry moved to St. Maries, ID in 1999 where he began working in the ED at Benewah Community Hospital, a position he held for 17 years. For the past 5 years Dr. Hanson has been working in Western Washington, but has made a decision to return to work in St. Maries and the community he loves. Dr. Hanson has been on the ancillary faculty of several medical universities and has enjoyed training and mentoring medical students and young physicians throughout his career.

Rebekah Myers

Rebekah Myers, FNP-C

Rebekah Myers, FNP-C received her Master’s Degree from Gonzaga University as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in December 2018. Prior to completing this degree, Rebekah has served the community and surrounding areas as a Registered Nurse for 20 years working at Benewah Community Hospital, Valley Vista Care Center, Marimn Health, and Gritman Medical Center. Rebekah loves providing care for the people in her community and enjoys helping people meet optimal health goals. Rebekah lives in St. Maries with her husband Matt. She has 4 children raised in this community and 4 grandchildren.

Amanda Boyett, CMA

Amanda is a nationally certified medical assistant with over 10+ years experience working in primary care assisting in a variety of healthcare services. Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and 3 kids taking advantage of all North Idaho has to offer. She also enjoys gardening, cooking/baking, reading, tiny-home living, raising farm animals, and spending hours on the field or in the gym watching her kids play sports. Amanda grew up and graduated from St. Maries and considers it a privilege to be able to live, play, and raise her family in this wonderful community.

Pam Gertje, Office Manager

Pam grew up in Lewiston, Idaho, graduating high school there, and received an associate degree in medical secretary at LCSC. She started her career as a transcriptionist and worked for many years for different providers and facilities including Gritman Hospital, Dr Kaltenbaugh, Clearwater Valley Hospital and Clinic, as well as St. Maries Family Medicine doing dictation, clinic reception manager, and informatics. Pam is married to Gary Gertje, current Les Schwab Tire Manager. They have 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren. Pam describes being very lucky to enjoy Sunday dinners together as they all live in the St. Maries community. Pam enjoys camping and side by side rides. She has a dog, Remi who tags along in all their adventures.
